Pathway content gets you most of the way. A mentor — someone working in the role you want, in Ireland, today — gets you the rest. We match you to a working professional in your sector who reviews your CV, opens up their network, and tells you what nobody else will.

Mentorship is optional. Every bridge already includes the curriculum, AI Coach, three personal introductions, and the Bridge Crossed bonus. Mentor packages are for people who want a 1:1 relationship layered on top.

You confirm

If it's a fit, you confirm and pay (Stripe). If not, we propose another. No commitment until you say yes.

First session

First mentor session within seven days of payment. From there, you and your mentor agree the cadence that fits your bridge.
